Prefer the glass ones or Singapore ones when doing ramen, just any thin ones basically. Your ones are like big spaghetti

Are you putting bean sprouts in because that’s what you have been conditioned to believe goes in a stir fry, or because you like them? Just try one, before you put it in the wok, eat a handful, they’re utterly ****ing disgusting, they taste like dirty water and Chinese factory.
I don’t mind Brussels sprouts, at least they’re good for you. That bean sprout ****e is just awful, never trust a veg that you can’t eat raw.
Yeah well you wouldn’t eat them raw but you could if you wanted to, but bean sprouts have got aids or something so you have to cook them.
Tbh I though stir fry’s were for fat old slags on weight watchers, or if you live in Thailand and you’ve only got 50p til payday.
