Dai thing is the world cup is the other side of the world, so a huge majority would never go ! If they did the same thing in the liberty for the playoff final it would have been packed out.

The argument is stupid to be honest, if I go watch grass roots football there are fans there as well ! The point is though the biggest rugby teams in Wales cannot match the biggest football teams in crowd numbers, they get a third of our crowds. You can dress it up as much as you like, the facts are there to be seen football gets bigger crowds it's that simple! Bigger crowds mean bigger support

Yeah Jager but at that level. Top club level, football has the bigger support, at international level rugby does, by a massive margin, so going on your reckoning 'Bigger crowds mean bigger support' you think that rugby has more support?!! The international football team, even if playing great football at a high level will never get as many supporters as the rugby so you are right this argument is stupid lol

TBH as i said i think it is pretty even. There are people who only like the football and dont like rugby and visa versa. But in my experience the majority like both!

All i know is that i will be there Saturday morning, @ the Millennium Stadium, beer in hand watching Wales (hopefully) progress to the Final and then i will follow that up by praying for the Swans to beat Norwich. If i get 2 wins then very happy days!!

Dan forgetting of course that there was 69k watching the Wales v England game in march ;) and under Hughes we were getting about 60k watching games also, it's under tossack that crowds dwindled ! And if you count clubs only the swans and bluebirds get 3 times as many fans

Still a silly argument though, as I want Wales to win in New Zealand and the swans to win in norwich

PGF I suggest you refrain from posting this type of thread again as I fear you will become like the famously funny "Tigerbay" of the 606 era !

A French Irish referee ensure the team that knocked Ireland out are beaten, allowing the French team to go through.

Is that really an impartial referee? .....................

Rolland Rat tried in the Samoa v Wales game to get us kicked out of the RWC. That time he failed. HE wasn't going to let a second bite at the apple go to waste.

This man is a disaster on the rugby field. His performance in the Wales v Samoa game was diabolical and he now follows it up with this. He MUST be banned for life after this performance surely........................
