It seems to me that my altruistic act of yesterday, a decision made for the greater good, has been treated with utter disdain by the complainant, who has now tried to take advantage of my good nature, and has tried to hoodwink the jury in order to gain favour, wrongfully increase the agreed length of time to be served, and has tried to cast aspersions on my character over said matter without foundation. Whilst simultaneously trying to deflect away from his agreed contract with a close friend of Zoe Ball, which he is currently in breach of. Shameful tbh.
Case adjourned, court’s attenuation tank is bursting at the seams with tears. Complainant to be allowed 24 hours to rehydrate.

My learned friend here makes a very valid point. The original bet didn’t specify which season the forfeit would be taken and I have clearly spelt out my view that the bet was always for the length of his contracted tenure or if he got sacked before then. He was contracted until the summer of 2024, so if I’d have lost, it’d have been then, so the forfeit would be for the 24/25 season. So it’d be perfectly fair if I chose to take the forfeit then I reckon.
Unfortunately for you though the bet did specify youd lose when carlo left everton without winning both... A game against Liverpool. And A trophy.
