I get that but you say he so wondered who he is. Mike Ashley, the daily fail writer or the sun writer
Perhaps he is confident following disclosure..... Ashley's legal team will have outlined what thry have found and if Mike is telling PIF to get ready it suggests that the case is watertight.
They wouldn't disclose early would they or did MA telling them he wants it done by 1st July get this pushed (and I presume then the CAT case would be dropped?)
From memory, arbitration has been expedited to July due to the CAT case. That being the case, under case management directions, disclosure would likely have happened earlier.
