At today’s [HASHTAG]#CPTPP[/HASHTAG] Commission, hosted by @nishy03, we decided to commence an accession process with the United Kingdom. The economic and strategic heft of the [HASHTAG]#CPTPP[/HASHTAG] will be strengthened through the accession of high quality, high ambition economies.

Norway poised to sign post-Brexit trade deal with Britain
Norwegian media says a deal could be announced on Friday, but British sources warn it could take a little longer

Norway agree trade terms - announcement in hours

The reason I am posting this is because roughly 3 weeks ago The Independent was mocking Brexit because they thought Norway was going to reject the deal (in their usual smug way). Well guess what... they are not even reporting this today. <wah>

The government needs to get a grip of this. These freaks know that if caught the Will spend a year in a cell with WiFi/Sky/Netflix 3 meals a day and human rights. I know how I would deal with them.

Thirty years ago, we might have seen a punch up between West Ham and Millwall fans. The regular use of knives and machetes is chilling. I agree, the government and the Mayor of London need to do something to halt it, otherwise it's a festering sore that will get worse

Yeah the police/courts need a 5-10 year knife sentence. Ship them out to the many abandoned prisons in Russia and pay them to keep them. Deport the ones that can be. Get the scum off our streets.

It's largely about gangs and drugs and post codes. Have a look at Los Angeles or other of the US cities to see how bad it can get. Stiff sentences play a part of it particularly for gang leaders who recruit ever young kids to do the dirty work. The real remedy lies is dissuading youngsters that gangs are a good idea. That's a challenge. BLM aren't offering any solution, just a philosophy of constant victimhood.

They wont even get a year in a cell.
TBH Bob I hate all this cr2p. It’s not being racist or political. Society doesn’t need to be like this and a few bad apples always seem to ruin things. Just not acceptable to run around with swords and knives. Something needs to be done.

Post-Brexit Australian trade deal to be signed ‘in weeks’

Why must you wet yourself every time we do a trade deal with a country that we previously had a deal with via our EU membership and that is almost certainly worse than the one we had?

Firstly non of those countries are in the EU.

Secondly and most importantly, these are enhanced deals and worth more than before as quoted in The Times

Thirdly we were told that no one would deal with us after Brexit and this has been proven to be wrong. In fact Italy, France and Germany also want to strike new lucrative deals.

Now I will agree that when we were in the EU things were run differently and in many cases things ran smoothly as we were aligned. It’s different now and every time we sign one of these deals it’s good business for the U.K.
I know it will upset a few but for most people this is good news.
