Bruce's done well with Jones, but Everton are trying to get in the top 4 and due to crap managers they've spunked around 350 million on ****e, so they'd do well to employ rafa imo. He's a safe pair of hands, knows the league and he's a respected coach in the eyes of players all over the world.. Bruce isn't that

If not Nuno. Then Cooper or Howe I think.

Apparently they have 65m to spend in the Summer.

Rafa is a big enough name for a mid table club, just not trendy enough for a top 5 club anymore.

We know he wants a young squad and a project, so it will be interesting to see.

They need that amount. I saw that Benteke has signed a new contract. Literally has only played well in last 6 weeks.

Nuno will go to Everton. I hate Palace so hope they get someone shjt

It's probably the money from Zaha who will surely leave this summer.

Hearing a few quid has been put on Rafa to return to us. Not sure why people have started doing that. Something occurring.

Everton are a bigger club than Newcastle. To be completely frank.

Rafa asked us, we didnt search him out.

Someone will take a punt on the lad who left Dortmund. Possibly Palace.

Fenerbahçe İspanyol teknik direktör Rafa Benitez ile anlaştı. Tecrübeli teknik direktörün 20 Haziran'da İstanbul'da olması bekleniyor.

Rafa expected to be in Istanbul on the 20th June.

Rafa was too big for us too if you look at the things he's won.

He'd just been at real madrid and being sacked their didn't turn him into Steve McLaren or Alan pardew. I'm sure he could have got a better offer, but he chose to take on a challenge.

I don't see anything Everton have done in the last 30 years managerial wise with the exception of Carlo that would make rafa and his achievements look of place there.

Personally I think he's going to be at Newcastle if the takeover happens and that's spot on for where the clubs at and wants to go.

I can't help but feel looking at Evertons exploits that they've tried to run before they can walk.. The suggestion I'm making is that Rafa is a safe pair of hands that will get you where you want to be and he also brings a good chance of winning a cup.

ÖZEL| Carlo Ancelotti ile yollarını ayıran Everton'ın teknik direktörlük görevi için ilk hedefi, ismi Fenerbahçe ile de anılan Rafa Benitez.

Rafa is the number 1 choice for Everton and Fenerbahçe.

Everton are a pretty big club mate, I know they have been financially worse off for a while. But they have serious money, a decent name.

For me, Rafa would be ****ing dumb to turn them down. If he doesn't go there, he simply wasn't offered the job for me. He should snap their hands off, he lives there, he loves the city, he will be paid a wedge. But the fans will turn on him, not a single doubt in my mind. He'll ultimately be sacked at Everton in a year or so.

Unless he can focus on a cup run, which I still think his football should be suited. His style of killing games should win a club a trophy.

Fenerbahce is a **** idea btw.

Rafa Benitez, Fenerbahçe’nin yeni hocası. Koç grubu, Rafa adına Haziran’ın ortasından sonra bir güne Four Season Hotel'de randevu açtı.

Rafa is Fenerbahçe new coach. Koç group opened reservation for Rafa at Four Seasons Hotel in mid June.

I agree. Everton would be an excellent job for him and like you say he would be on a hiding to nothing, especially with the fans back in Stadiums, but I think he would win them over. On their forums, they seem fine with the idea. He survived Chelsea and they vehemently hated him.

Ancelotti didn't really achieve anything there that people thought he would, spent a tonne too.

    Apparently James Rodriguez wants out.

Marcel Brands has said its going to be a big project. Which is precisely what Rafa is after.

Rafas agent is apparently negotiating hard. I think there's a chance. If he doesn't get it, then it shows no one was interested. It's interesting though, as there have been a hell of a lot of options for him this year and seemingly no one has been interested.

Interestingly Fenerbahçe have made approaches for Shaqiri and Origi at Liverpool.

They have Europa League football, but haven't won anything for a decade. I could see Rafa going there and doing exactly what he did at Napoli, good Europa League run, win a couple of cups and rebuild the squad.

    There's talks of a 3 year deal.

According to Turkish ITKs in social media, Rafa has admitted that he needs to build his brand back up.
