Yes it is. There are positive bits of evidence and negative. Overall in your mind you decide that one outweighs the other.
All legal actions are lotteries. A good barrister/ solicitor will never tell a client otherwise. They will say a very good case. The fact there are two legal actions running is not evidence of a takeover not happening. They are evidence that NUFC/ Mike Ashley are trying yo get one completed.

Right, so as you've said, approximately 10,753 times, you don't know, aren't convinced but hope it happens. Just an idea, but maybe you don't need to keep repeating yourself? We all get it. We understood it the first 10,752 times.
Arbitration will rule in NUFC's favour. The evidence demonstrating separation is conclusive and persuasive.
So by this logic all the people saying its happening or isn't shouldn't have said it either? You see this is where I start to not like the debate. It's the same attitude that NCSL tosser has on this. I'm simply being reasonable and not saying its on or off and then being insulted for holding that position. Believe its on or off but we can't be sure that's all in saying.
