I'm praying we get taken over by a Peter Kenyon US consortium, or Indian, or something/anything. Not the best outcome per se, but it'd be so ****ing hilarious. Just anything that meant his CAT claims, Jacobs argument and now all this bullshit was utterly wrong.

He's kept arguing points Jacobs didn't ever contest on that nufc matters show. He would start a rant, Jacobs would advise him why he was wrong and he would continue anyway. This happened repeatedly for over 2 hours.

Yes he just kept being aggressive and making claims that Jacobs said things he hadn't.

He basically time and time again started going through arguments he'd prepared based on his misunderstandings taken from the things Ben said.

Nufc does have a case there's no disputing that, but he's like many nufc fans sitting with his fingers in his ears when someone tries to say anything they don't want to hear.

He’s to close to it. He is personally invested. That’s why legal teams are completely removed from the situation so they are only dealing with facts.

Like Beloff for example. Oh..... ****

I may have read this wrong but Jacobs had suggested some big news was imminent. Whatever that may be? This was mentioned in the 2 hour debacle.

    Wonder what this news was?

He's got information yes, but like I say he's ignorant and aggressive when he's told something the other sides got.

He didn't even listen to Ben Jacobs he either waited for him to stop and went on a other rant while failing to acknowledge his arguments or he misunderstood completely and leveled arguments against his things Jacobs never even argued.

My conclusion is that the guy is far too emotionally invested and isn't capable of overriding his emotional decision making.

He even laughed at him while shaking his head... He wasn't listening mate.

He's referring to Saudis being involved in trying to shaft eufa.

When this breaks the football world is going to pissed off at the big 6 and Saudi.

The Saudis were involved in the plot

    Not good

Yes I agree. I actually watched about 20 minutes and it was clear as day wasn’t it. For a legal chap he is far to opinionated.

Id go as far as saying he is like a loose cannon.

I don’t like Ben Jacobs because he seems to also have an agenda however at least he isn’t completely one sided.

Separation mate. Saudi sports media co may well have signed up a tv deal with ESL but that doesn’t make it part of PIF (again).

If any of it is true. JP Morgan were the only ones mentioned.

They where driving it but they have to make money also so there is a good solid chance they had other benefactors involved. One of which could have been a Saudi company.

But not one connected to PIF?

The problem is he's not a legal person and he's just going too far.

I think it's s great he's gone out and spent big money, but I don't like the way he's put himself about that's all.

He's put himself out there to be **** at and I think he's on a personal crusade against his haters as much as anything now. He wants to win and say I told you so

The thing is most of what he's been telling is is emotional bullshit that will have no baring on whether pif is declared seperate or not.

    TV rights.

They basically tried to steal football away from eufa and destroy the football pyramid.

Seems like an odd thing to do if they also buy NUFC.

So it has to be a separate company but based in Saudi?

The separation issue doesn't change, but if the Saudi's were involved in something anti competition then there's potentially another issue?

Ie which individual was involved? I would imagine it opens up a can of worms somewhere

I also read somewhere that Ashley stated he wanted it to be sorted by 1st July. The expedited hearing is set for the middle of July so it seems an odd thing to say.

Could it be that he has given the PL his own deadline for pre ARB to negotiate things out of the legal framework by 1st July. If nothing happens then he’s going ahead with the nuke (CAT)?
