Mad though init. I mean how quick was that, rumours surfaced around 5pm and confirmed by 8pm. Mustve had a big club release clause In his contract. Also not heard anything about any pay off for the blues so it's a decent guess I reckon
Im not so sure tbh. He was under contract so they had no reason to accept him leaving unless there was some big club release clause.. Of course I'm just guessing here
We managed to win the CL and PL, a period of absolute dominance where we were the best team in the world on a relatively limited net spend ... This is incredible
almost impossible to hold a manager to a contract i mean think of the damage he could do "ok lads this week we are going to spring a surprise on the oppo we are changing our formation to 2-3-5 with my boy Pickford leading the line" .
I think he had a clause to do with if a CL club made an approach he could leave. Not sure how contracts work and whether a clause like that precludes compensation being paid. He's on a massive pay cut at Real as well apparently, going to be on half of what Everton were paying him.
cannot believe that he had a clause allowing him to leave to any CL team at most it would be a couple of the elite .
He will have had some kind of break clause and it's unlikely to have been specifically for Real. Would there be a list of names or a category, amounts to pretty much the same thing in the end.
Is Salah the most disrespected player in the PL? You would think getting 30g/a, 29g/a and 28g/a in the PL over the last 3 seasons would have resulted in at least 1 nomination for PFA POTY...
How the **** do City pretend that they have the worldwide turnover to sustain that? FFP needs to be fully scrapped now, forever. Just a frigging joke.
not only was he, but he actually won it in 2017/19 in 2018/19 van dijk was nominated in 2019/20 henderson, mane and van dijk was nominated. just to be clear, its not like we've not had a nice grouping there. If you win if for scoring 42 and then only score whatever the next season i guess the gloss comes off.
Nope - this years' nominees are: Harry Kane (Tottenham Hotspur) Kevin De Bruyne (Manchester City) Ruben Dias (Manchester City) Ilkay Gundogan (Manchester City) Phil Foden (Manchester City) Bruno Fernandes (Manchester United)
