You don't need to accept it. No legal basis for stopping the takeover. Up until June 1st 2020 the PL had provisionally agreed to it. BEin then lobbied. Failure to then make a decision and so just sat on making a decision. Offered arbitration without a final decision being made. The PL rules state that arbitration is to challenge a decision of the board. No decision made so the public law Wednesbury unreasonableness principle applies. No legal basis to reject so then why did they? When you have the eliminated the impossible (no legal basis) whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth - breach of competition law hence the CAT case.
This seems very fanciful to me mate. If it goes to sent arbitration it's because both sides have good grounds to believe they'll win.. It's really that simple.
No. It goes to arbitration because under PL rules a member club, NUFC, must use arbitration for any dispute. That is the confidential dispute subject to PL control. The holding company thst owns NUFC are not subject to PL rules so can use the legal system.
Just be prepared for the worst and hope for the best. The last thing you'll need if it fails is all my screenshots
If their case was that strong they would not ask for repeated delays. In my experience, where a party continually tries to delay it is because they have little evidence.
I didn't like his attitude on the discussion I watched with Jacobs. I know it's hard, but the truth is that Jacobs is just telling truth.. He's giving a balanced view based on all the noises he's hearing and that guy is too emotionally invested, he's far too aggressive and completely ignorant.
He's just an arsehole he takes everything he doesn't like hearing personally and he goes on a verbal attack every time.
The bloke is an a grade attention seeking twat. Trying to take credit for 'bringing the PL down.' **** right off.
He loves telling everyone how much money he's got doesn't he? I mean ok great that you've tried to do something, but the way he's gone about things has been a real turn off. Why is he even out there on twitter?
I have to agree and I'm not sure where he got his money from, but I doubt it's from the legal game. I wish he'd just Stfu. It's not even his case anymore
The way he goes on you would think that it was. I had to laugh when he was telling people of his experiences with competition law.
