Even though he ain’t picked Lingard for the final squad, he said he’ll start him in the warmup game tomorrow against Austria.

Be grateful, I was expecting him to announce Maguire and Jordan Henderson to start tomorrow.

 

Lingard makes more sense than four right-backs since he's probably resting all the Citeh, Utd and Chelsea players. Four right-backs just tells me he's planning on playing a back-5 with Henderson and Rice in front.

Coady and Mings over Godfrey is also laughable.

 

It's a disjointed squad imo and they'll struggle to link up or gel in the tournament.

Why 4 RBs - makes no sense
