what you up to today bro ? sun is shining, off out for some breakfast in a bit, then down the beach this arvo.
Im trying to convert a mosaic mirrored plate into a ceiling feature. I got as far as drilling the hole for the cable in the plate. But I've hit a snag, when I take the cap off the light fixing to expose the wires it's not flush with the ceiling, comes out about 20mm, this is a problem cos I was hoping to just no more nails that ****er up there but I can't cos it's no flush. Dunno if I can just push the wires thing into the ceiling and make it flush or use some spacers. Seemed simple but it a fukin ball ache and If I can't thet the wires flush then I can't do it I don't think Heres the plate, it's about 50cm in diameter and fairly hefty. I want it up here But this **** ain't flush
Just use a junior hacksaw to cut it flush to the ceiling mate. Don’t forget a bit of WD40 to lubricate. @pieguts to confirm
Gonna go for a walk in the new forest today. Make the most of the nice weather before it disappears again.
