What the **** has a decision on a past game at your midden got to do with anything? The fact is there was contact. The debate is was that contact sufficient to justify a foul. In Mariners mind it was. So whatever you or I feel about it, officially it was a foul. After all that I think it was a fair result.

The Berb decision is relevant cos there was roughly equal contact to that made by Ferdinand on Adam today. Yet 90% of Liverpool fans at the time claimed that Berb dived and shouldn't have had a penalty. And when I and other Utd fans made the same argument you are making about contact, we were called deluded and biased. And yet many of these are the same Liverpool fans saying it was a fair freekick today...
You said it's a free kick as there as contact. Liverpool fans also claim Berbas was never a penalty but there was contact there aswell. Does this spell it out for you ? I don't want to argue but there are some short memories on here - as I said you win some you lose some but Liverpool fans crying one game re the Berba penalty then claiming this was a free kick as there was contact ? give me a break
