If it was pay as you play I'd sign a whole load of **** depending on their personality type and let them just keep a good spirit in the back. Carroll does that cos he's a laugh by almost every account
Tbh carroll is ****, but I agree about needing personalities. He didn't complain to much about not playing as far as I'm aware
Thats my point like, sure he's no good and I wouldn't play him. But he was the first to invite Wilson for a meal, hes that type of fella. He's been a character at every club and you need personalities to keep a group going. 09 season was a personality free zone
