It’s a good read. Still unsure which way the arb will fall. Like said already if we win arb then the CAT goes away. At least for MA. But I would be surprised if someone else didn’t take it on. The fact is that the PL have denied the sale by their actions. Whether that constitutes competitive rules. Possibly. Hopefully it will all be over in a couple of weeks.
Absolutely I said the same wel before the case was confirmed We're still in with a good shout. Let's hope for once the coin lands out way
Happens quite frequently. How many times have we lost the toss this season and kicked down hill first half. Certainly not 50% of the time.
Not quite as much as losing the last 5 finals at Wembley including the charity sheild, throwing away a 12 point lead for the title, losing to sporting after going 3 up with 45 to play and losing 5-3 and more recently being told you'd been bought by a company worth 320 billion only to be melvined by the guy that destroyed Northern Rock a few years ago
Only popped in to see the latest... nothing concrete yet I see. Bruce has had a terrible ****ing season hasn’t he?
Ben Jacobs - I like the guy but he should steer clear of giving legal opinions. He is a journalist who has spoken to several second rate solicitors.
He was on Wraith's podcast last night trying to argue that no breaches of competition law have occurred and that PIF cannot be separate. He was also trying to justify breaches of confidence and misuse of private information in relation to discussions with his PL source.
