We need to keep Joelinton.. He's for 3 in his last 6 and he's just young. I mean Dr Jones does seem to be helping him rediscover some of the qualities that got him the move
He's been OK recently mate. 3 goals in his last 6 and he's had some decent games under Bruce and Jones. I'd rather use him if Wilson's injured than Carroll or gayle that's for sure
Edwards ( along with Matt Slater ) fails to, or deliberately doesn’t, appear to comprehend that if separation is established through the arbitration then IP is irrelevant. He’s going on about how bad it looks that the KSA are on the naughty boy list of USA re IP.
This is my point in a nutshell. You miss the point. Yes we finished twelfth but so what? That doesn’t mean Bruce did well. I base my view of Bruce not just on one stat but on the “whole picture”. Too many parts of that picture paint a manager who did not do as well as he should have. Yes it’s subjective and your subjective is different to my subjective but we all know I’m right and your wrong.
The league table doesn't lie mate. There's nothing subjective involved 12th is better than 13th and so on He done well
But I don’t base my opinion of a manager simply on League position. If I did I might have liked Pardew.
No way we'll shift Joelinton... We've got to hope he keep a his form up which is possible. The other two are unwanted.. Gstje has interest but they can't afford his wages
So you had a higher expectation than 12th? I'm just wondering what you were hopimg for because if you say higher than 10th you've got unrealistic expectations just like Bruce said... If you say 10th then surely 12th is good enough?
While you're mulling over how to side step I just find myself looking at this table and thinking who should we be ahead of that we aren't? 1 maybe 2 teams?
