Long long day. Up at 5am and on the road to Cardiff by 6. Dropped daughter off at the hospital then over to the sister-in-laws to work from there. Daughter eventually got her VQ scan at 2 pm but we had to wait until 5pm for the doctor to see her. Anyway, all clear heart, lungs and kidneys. Doc thinks recent chest pains caused by deep skeletal muscle strain and stress of final exams. Can't put into words the relief. We went to The Dough Thrower in Canton for a celebratory pizza before coming back to Hertfordshire to finish her Uni work from home. Will take her back to Cardiff sometime next week for the post final celebrations. Completely knackered but buzzing from the outcome. Will get some proper sleep tonight for the first time in a few days.

Cheers mate ... ****ing kids!! Seriously... worst thing in the world ... can handle anything that comes my way but when it's your kids it's ****ing horrible.
Even worse right now coz they won't let you go in the hospitals with them ... and the length of time it takes ... she was in Cardiff A&E on Friday for 19 hours solid without anything to eat and drink (other than water) ...
Sounds awful, for all of you. Had to rush my daughter to Hospital last year after she was complaining of blurred vision and headaches. Apparently it red flagged a some symptoms of Meningitis, so it was an immediate admission for tests. Only one Parent allowed in, so like you I had to sit outside and wait for 4 hours not knowing what was going on. Thankfully all was okay, but I think I probably aged about 5 years in those 4 hours.
Yeah give it up bro. You know you can always do a better job if they aren't in the way. Always working for another man's agenda, wears you down in the end.
Easy guise...been a heavy few days. My dear Mother passed on Tuesday evening, funeral yesterday. The big C, she's at peace now though God bless you Mum RIP
