I wonder what a young mother was doing at a party at 3am?
They say that there were "about 30 present" which is a huge coincidence since you're limited to 30 guests at outdoor events.
It must have been a bit chilly since the high was only 7 while it got down to 4 degrees. If only they could have gone inside the house.

For a judge to step in, when proceedings are underway to declare that there is no case to answer is quite unusual. It would not, and could not have happened unless indeed there was no case to answer.
