July's arbitration will set out whether NUFC are set for a fast-tracked takeover that could prove transformative or a longer legal path that will encompass a bruising war of attrition and decision in the Competitions Appeal Tribunal that won't be taken until 2022 at the earliest.

    P1, 2, 3 can be readily explained.

However, there is no answer to P4, it's like searching for the Holy Grail.
Within reach, only for it to tantalisingly disappear in front of your eyes.
You want to believe, but, you just know that somewhere during the elusive search, MA iwill reveal himself as the puppeteer pulling the strings.

Basically, on what is known, the PL are going to have to provide a valid argument as to why:

    1. They rejected separation. They have to provide evidence that runs contrary to general legal/ Governmental views about wealth funds.

    2. They have to explain why they ignored evidence and refused to make a decision.

    3. They have to explain why they ignored the rules of their own ODT test under rule F. Objective - NOT subjective. As the owners and assessors of the test, given the clause about piracy and the pressure from commercial partners and internal stakeholders, the PL cannot be objective.

I suspect that is one of the grounds for the CAT case - the PL are making subjective commercial decisions that run contrary to the spirit of their objective test, limiting marketing/ competition opportunity. Tenuous, but possible.

The PL won't appeal. They risk a public hearing.

I'm not sure you can under CAT. Who can you appeal to? The Supreme Court?! That's all public gallery and jury and ****. I don't think those rules apply, but smarter folk than I can verify.

It could all turn out to be a hollow victory in any case.
Who's to say that PIF/SA will even come back to the table and re-engage with NUFC.
If given the green light, it's not beyond the realms of possibility that they consider alternatives.
Would ManUre be a viable option if the Glasers decide they've had enough?

There would be the same issues though as it's another PL club. The PL would be sued to high heaven if they said no to us on the issue of separation and then did a U-Turn for Man Utd.

The CMA would get involved a this stage and Masters would be under investigation.

I realise I'm being a bit negative, and hopefully any assurances will stick like superglue.
However, in the murky world of football finances, can anyone be trusted.
