Disagree slightly on the last 3 played away from home,Leicester we were superb, some of the best football i've seen us play and we really should of won,Cardiff we definitely should of got something out of,played some good stuff in the 2nd half, just 2 stupid mistakes, can't comment really on the Burnley game as i didn't go to that one but i did hear we didn't play too well but still had lots of chances so i don't think we have struggled to be honest.Agree about if we allow Derby to dominate we won't get a positive result,in my opinion we just need to start well and fastly and we could win but as i'm forever a pessimist i've tipped us for a defeat today, just think Derby will have a bigger motivation than us and with the backing of a full house i fear for us,maybe i should have a little more faith but i do like to give an unbiased opinion on saints.
Now fighting the usual Saints fan sinking feeling, where confidence ebbs away as the match approaches. So want to start this month with a win.
Says on BBC site that this match will be the 4th best attended in England today. Also looks like the West Ham game is heading for a sell out.
My mate has got Derby to win in his accumulater. Sod. Doubts are beginning to infiltrate my thoughts. Must keep busy till 3pm.
Saints: Davis. Richardson, Fonte (c), Hooiveld, Fox. Guly, Schneiderlin, Cork, Chaplow. Connolly, Lambert
No Hamond, Lallana, or De Ridder Davis Richardson Fonte (c) Hooiveld Fox Schnederlin Cork Chaplow Guly Lambert Connolly
We can play without him....just not very well i knew what you meant though, im sure Adkins will find a way
Under Dean Wilkins we can't play without Lallana, but he isn't manager. Positivity. We're not gonna go the whole season without Lallana or Lambert or any other key player getting injured. Plus the fact nobody knew Lallana would be out until about 20 minutes ago just shows how well we keep things hush, and Derby wouldn't have had time to expect that. Chaplow and Schneiderlin are more than capable of doing a job. I think it'll be a diamond formation today.
Maybe a precaution ahead of the West Ham game. Would rather have him fit or that than tush him back and aggravate injury
Spot on, no point forcing him to play and I would say the West Ham game is more important. Still a strong team for today's game. Lets hope we get the 3 points!!
Derby are right up there with us as well, so can't see that the West Ham game is more important (other than being at home), but agree best not to risk him and take the chance of him missing more games.
