Was just going to comment. We won't know if it was granted or not given the secrecy. If they are trying to get it extended it says weak case, no evidence and bang to rights. Two former senior judges should see right through it.

I thought they had been granted the extension to something like 9th June. Or was that just the CAT claim stating the extension request. But not confirmation. So is it that the CAT claim extension was granted to 11/6. But no confirmation of the ARB extension?
The CAT extension. Arbitration has been expedited to July. If the PL are asking for an extension, bearing in mind they had this for over a year, that says to me - weak case, weak argument.
