There’s plenty of good people in politics. The “they’re all as bad as each other” argument has been used since forever and coincidentally always leads to the person voting Tory.

I don’t know what she’s gone through but to be diagnosed with PTSD I assume it was serious. It’s not like she’s self-diagnosed and blagged a few weeks off.

Cummings has just slipped up and is trying to dig his way out of it.

I bet Boris wishes he'd kept Cummings in the tent pi55ing out rather than outside the tent pi55ing in

Maybe but he has no credibility. He is bitter about being sacked and is just trying to be nasty to his former employers, who stuck up for him when he went to that castle. I bet now that they wished they hadn't.

We all know & accept they made mistakes but Cummings has very little to lose,he's all apologetic now & he is going to throw Boris under the bus,the success of the vaccine rollout will only last so long,Boris better have his tin helmet on because the fallout is going to be immense

Nah there's enough people like Ellers about now to make this government untouchable no matter what they do. Boris could murder a puppy live on telly and still they'd vote for them.

Cummings is a cretin but the brainwashed will only see it as sour grapes despite the seriousness and legitimacy of what he's saying.

That's a bit unfair Frome. It's like me saying all you ever do is bitch about the government because you just don't like them.
I have been critical about the government and certain MP's. In fact I reckon I am more than fair than some on here in my posts. Plenty on here do nothing but moan about everything they do.
Cummings has an axe to grind and I won't play his games. It's hypocritical to support him now after what he did with 'castlegate'.

He's not apologetic he is just trying to get people on his side. All DC thinks about is DC. He talks about 'letting people down'... he needs to remember his trip to the castle when the rest of us obeyed the rules. This won't bring Boris down. Cummings will be discredited and people will move on.

This is the Col defence - you shouldn't believe Cummings now because he lied in the past. Yes, Cummings lied about Barnard Castle, but Johnson and all his ministers endorsed his lies. Yes Cummings lied about Brexit, but Johnson and all of the current government endorsed those lies. They all lied.

It's fundamentally different now. Cummings is making allegations and the government is denying them. Only one side is lying now and it's not Cummings.

<doh>...Another Stupid post by you. It just suits your agenda. You are as hypocritical as Cummings. Take you blinkered glasses off for a minute and actually watch and listen to what he is saying. He is lying and has been found out by the Chairman.

Probably, Im not sure, I will wait for the inquiry. It always worries me when people who get questioned use lines like 'I'm not that clever', 'I don't recall'.
I won't dance, like some hypocrites to Cummings lies.

I seem to remember that you supported the herd immunity policy, as did I at the time. I've admitted I was wrong, but now you're prepared, like the government, to pretend that it never actually happened.

It’s fine. I really don’t need to mention how much of a **** you made of yourself windmilling in his defence as senior members of the Cabinet lined up to post their pre-aligned tweets on how he was father of the year.
