Bamford would be distinctly average playing for England. His style is best suited to Bielsaball and he thrives in that system. A piss poor coach like Southgate wouldn't know how to utilise him properly and his approach is far too negative - the opposite of how Bielsa sets up. The fact that mediocre players like Watkins and Calvert-Lewin get picked only demonstrates how far behind England are compared to the top European teams. And with Southgate at the helm they have zero chance of winning the thing.
It's such a dangerous thing to say in todays climate, it could ruin a players reputation and career and IMO if O'Neil has made a false acussation then he should be made to apologise and warned. But just like nothing was done to the scum players waving a Palestinian flag I won't hold my breath. The FA are a spinless organisation.
Best defender? i am going with Kalvin Phillips because he makes more tackles each game breaks up play, distributes the ball, and gets us from defence to attack
Good morning from Corfu and yes i am visiting realtives. Cousins Stavros.. Dimitri and his donkey. 25c here and just perfect.
This exactly this Yes many of us wanted to see the back of Kiko but some fans especially in the media went for him as a racist. None of us know what happened that day and it was one player saying something against another player, then Kiko denying it and there were no witnesses. We also know the rule if law wasnt applied in this case because in football its assumed the accused is guilty before the trial and the judges use the term likelihood when in fact their isn't any proof, and therefore can just say yes it is likely that the accused said something, but its also likely he didn't. Lets also remember that Kiko played against WBA and Leko is a WBA player who was out on loan, so was brave at the weekend to shrug it off
Go to premier league to vote for manager of the month On the short list is Marcelo Pep Arteta Moyes See if we can do what we did yesterday
And yes you can vote multiple times from different devices maybe even more if you are as cleaver as Aski
Cooper has surprised me and survived at this level. Might be harsh but I think he may have reached his peak. He has done incredibly well. However, he has always picked up injuries and suspensions so will always have spells out of the side. Usually he comes straight back in but it's getting to the point where better players are available and it will take something special for him to get back in. Bielsa obviously likes him but if he stays for the next 4 or 5 years it will be bit part. Young Cresswell might even push him further down the pecking order in a couple of years. The last thing we need is another centre half signing. It's going to be tough enough to keep the four we have happy.
I must be missing something - I can only find manager of the month on this link. No mention of the 'season' vote.
