Next deadline (real one, not Ramadan-esque) is the 11th June whereby the PL has to have submitted its response to the Competition case, then I think the week after which is the arbitration response. So anytime between now and those dates we may get snippets, but most likely I expect the PL will follow through with rebuttals then do whatever it can to extend court dates.

Bird and Bird are experts at procrastination designed to wear their opponent down. When that tactic fails they settle out of court. Bird and Bird are litigious in nature but view court as something to be avoided in most cases and advise their clients accordingly.
