As he should be in my opinion. Sacking someone after 5 months without having allowed him time to build his own squad would represent weak leadership. I really hope we dont have weak leadership. It is time now to see what he and the new backroom team, all of whom have been put in place by the new leadership, can do in terms of building a squad.

He does mate and it's criminal he wasn't used more since we signed him and he got fit. I know it sounds ridiculous wanting a 30 goal striker gone but I honestly can't wait to see the back of Wyke. That chance he missed today was Wyke through and through, man's not a footballer.

 

The amount of injuries we had in defence was unreal, it made his job very difficult. Borderline impossible you'd think but he still got us firing.

I reckon give Johnson the kind of quality squad that Dreyfus and co will be able to provide and we'll be laughing. I don't usually say this kind of thing but I expect us to piss the league next season. I doubt there will be any other teams with anything like the setup and financial power we'll have.

I think that was more Lincoln deciding to ditch the soak up pressure and time was tactics in the second half tbh mate.
