Right, not a reaction to today but his time as a whole. Johnson out. He's ate a football cliche thesaurus and people give him a pass for seeming intelligent. In reality he's no better than Parkinson was just more likeable. His selections have cost us over the last 15 games.

That's it for another season, first leg done us, I'm not looking back, bollocks to it. It's disappointing but its now time to look forward to a bright future under KLD and this regime.

It’ll certainly be a great close season that’s for sure.

Yes next season could be a great one, but so could this have been, we have to learn from our mistakes to make it so. Over to you KLD.

We got what we deserved tbf. We're a Jekyll and hyde team, playing good for only 45 minutes a game has been our thorn in the side all season.
A massive clear out is needed, and all eyes are on Johnson now because my faith in him has rapidly declined this last month or 2.

Bossing L1 from first to last is the only acceptable plan for next season.

We have our two close season master plans and know the happy one goes into the bin. I want to see the unretained list going up asap, coz few of those knackers should be kept on.

That first 5 mins in the second half set the tone. They just had to fly out the blocks and get in their half again. We sat off and let them move it around. They got their confidence. 5 minutes of maximum effort and the game could have been ours.

That shot Power took with 2 minutes left was criminal. I wouldnt have taken Stewart off personally, although he did look shattered ans had stopped pressing. That said he has a goal in him.

Gutted as at half time it was ours.

    Forgot about that.

How flat were we at the start of the second half? None of the high octane pressing and attacking. Here you go Lincoln, you can have the initiative.

We just handed the fight to them with a whimper. Did our arses drop out? Did we put too much into the first half?

if wyke had half a left foot he would have had a hat trick the day.

if the ref had given that penalty first half and wyke taken advantage of that slip, at 4-0 i doubt they would have come out with the same fight.

i could probably fill this with many more 'ifs' but why bother, gutted that we need yet another season here...i am not going to throw any praise out to that squad because they had that won at a canter, lots of 'could haves' for the season as well but only one thing matters and that is...when it was needed they all fell well short on effort, passion and commitment.

relied on these players too long now, time for a clear out...said it not long ago how come we never take advantage of a slip (wyke, 1st half) yet we make one and are punished (flan/burge 1st leg)...

i won't take back all i said about this squad of players, they SHOULD have been more than capable of taking the club up yet continuously let everyone down time after time.

that's it, if i dont shut the feck up now i am gonna rant all night.

Baffled by the change in us from the first half to the second. Lincoln were better but that wasn't the problem we were half asleep and only have ourselves to blame.

**** result but we're going to be seeing a much different team next season and no doubt a much better one with KLD flexing his muscles all over the shop.

I don’t think they are pessimistic more realistic because they and me are fairly sure what’s going to happen because history tells us that’s what usually happens and nobody can pretend to know what the future is because whatever gets spouted they haven’t a clue really<ok>
