One day to our kick off at The Emerates, live on sky, a big game, normaly I’m starting to get that pre match tingle, a mix of excitement and anticipation, normaly that is. I have tried and tried but just cant get anything, flat and feeling like if we win 5-0 I will have that,”God that was lucky feeling”. Lose 5-0 and it will be,”Oh well, its what I expected” and 0-0 drab draw will leave me drab. So how can I change it, well I dont think I can, only the players can along with Brucie. I need to hear more of what Brown was saying, we can win, respect yes but lets take them. I need less of Arsenal are a top team and we will have to be at our best to get anything, it may be true but I dont want to hear it. I need the team to be set up to excite me, some flair and attack, not dig in and hope. I need the players to sweat blood, show me they care and are ready to give their all, above all I need them to turn up and play. I hope I am excited for the Bolton game, wanting more of the same, I fear I may still be feeling flat. Dont like feeling like this.
Yes, Press confrence Aresenal are a good team but they are beatable if we play how I know we can. We will be going out to win the game because we dont fear any team. Team MIG OSHEA..TURNER..BROWN..RICHARDSON CATTS..VAUGHAN LARSSON..GARDNER..SESS JI

I sometimes go on SMB and post a thread like, Bruce is the best thing we have had in years. It brings abuse and that can excite me.
Steve Bruce has urged his Sunderland players to impose themselves on Arsenal in Sunday's Premier League clash at Emirates Stadium. The Black Cats have made a disappointing start to the season but Bruce is taking confidence from his side's record last term in the capital, where they were unbeaten and conceded just one goal. Bruce recognises that it would be wrong to be too cautious against such a talented attacking team and feels Sunderland's best chance of picking up a result is to get on the front foot. "We played well in London full stop last year and it's important we go and do that again," Bruce told the club's official website. ."We're capable of getting a result - of course we are - but we have to play well as a team. "If we sit back and defend against Arsenal, eventually they will get a chance so we can't do that. "Like any big game we have to impose ourselves and get at them, and we've got players who are capable of doing so." Tough time Arsenal have endured a frustrating start of their own and are currently just a point better off than Sunderland, but Bruce is still wary of the threat posed by Arsene Wenger's men. "We couldn't have wished for a more difficult game," said Bruce. "They have been having a tough time of it as well and when it happens to Arsenal, it can happen to anyone because the Premier League is so tough. "We'd love to have had a better start but we haven't, so what do we do about it? "We can either hide away and ignore it or come out and think we've got to get the season started again
Why are all so down about Sunderland ATM. Losing to the skunks, a poor start to the season, poor play, no Gyan or Bent to excite us, knocked out a cup easy. Last season promised much but then fizzled out, this season nothing. If I am honest it is the same old Sunderland and certainly I thought we had finally turned the corner... The Arse are off the boil ATM but you just know that we will lose tomorrow and if the skunks win even less of a crowd at the SoL next home game. Mr Short over to you
I am going so well up for it, I am normally good luck at away games in London. First game I have been able to get to this season so can't wait. We are going to surprise everyone and smash them........I can dream can't I
