It's just an easy way of getting 40g of protein a day.. It's convenient more than anything else and can make your nutrition a little bit more interesting. You do pay out your arse for it, but what's new?

I do eat decent food mate.. Like I've already explained its convenient and I like it. I feel great too, so I ain't changing because someone on social media knows how to hit my macros easier than I do after about 6 years of trial and error
