Now this is ****ing embarrassing. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/...ook-like-plastic-fantastic-idol-Ken-doll.html
Why doesn't the UK put forward a serious candidate? The majority of countries competing put forwards some of their top talent. I've lost count of the number of times people say to me "you've got so many acts in the UK why don't they take part". It's crazy here in Sweden all of the top acts compete to get selected. Multiple songs from the precompetition will be top 10 hits. Mind you that said I didn't watch it as its a load of old **** really....
I think getting nil points is a badge of honour. You either win it or you come last with nil points, the rest is all crap.
The mainland Europeans reckon they're pissed with us because we don't take it seriously. The fact they think their entrants are serious says a lot about them.
That's true to an extent, but our song this year was really ****. Graeme Norton kept saying "surely this isn't the worst song in the competition" but yes, it was, by a fair way. I'd do the french bird an'all.
We should enter Will Farrell singing Ja Ja Dingdong and we'd at least get twelve points from Iceland.
