I would think so. NUFC are bringing the arbitration. St James Holdings the CAT case. One is seeking takeover. The other is seeking judgement for breach of competition law. I would think the PL trying to stop the latter would rest on standing which St James Holdings obviously have. It's a hydrogen bomb. The PL cannot stop it and are trying to delay because they are desperately searching for an argument and precedent. **** with Ashley and this what happens.
