No... his name was Jack Clarke... signed a 4 year deal (signed 2018) and it was worth £10 million.... he was 18 at the time.... seemingly on £1.4 million a year salary... or 500k depending which site you choose... (been on loan at Stoke )
Ah yes. Very promising youngster at Leeds. As an 18 y.o. gets to sign a 4 (!!) year contract with a PL club on ridiculous money. Still gets to play Championship football (out big chunk of last season due to injury). What the heck was he thinking of.

Was a really good interview with Grant, most relaxed he's been in a good while (no surprise ). Said we needed to strengthen everywhere in goal, in defence, midfield and up top. Openly said we want Regan, but said Crowley will want to play more regularly and Whyte has 2 years left on Cardiff deal so it's tricky. Obviously no names on incoming, but that they've been tracked for months. He did say triggering Burke and Long on current terms was unsustainable and we want to get both Magennis & Alfie on longer-term deals
