The last sentence should be on Joelintons tombstone.

He's done the job, but the times come to get rid.

He won't walk though and Ashley won't sack him.

    It's takeover or bruce

3 goals in his last 6 games suggests otherwise tbh.

He's no 40 million player but we've got worse..

The price tag is irrelevant though mate.. He was doing OK and we were much better 1st half with Joelinton up top than gayle... They were playing off him quite nicely.. He was involved in most out attacks... He missed a header and gave the ball away twice .. He was actually already injured when he got that header too.

He's no 40 million player but he's not exactly full of confidence, he's very young and in a side that can't keep the ball.

He’s miles better than Gayle. Gayle is gone. Useless.

Joelinton is not a striker. He’s a very average right winger. I give you that he has improved of late but he’s still bang average.

If we want to improve we need better.

Excellent performance from the fans, mainly “the corner” last night. Brightened up a poor game.

Joelinton did not have his best game for NUFC, as he failed to record a single shot on target or key pass, and achieved a mere 75% pass accuracy, the lowest out of any of his teammates to have started (Sofascore), so Ryder’s criticism is more than justified.

The Brazilian also lost possession of the ball on four separate occasions, and only managed 20 touches in total (Sofascore), showing how little impact he had before being taken off. For some context, goalkeeper Martin Dubravka managed 38 touches.

I thought we played alright last night. Seems like a lot of negative comments but we generally bossed the game. Granted there were some poor performances.

I mean if Murphy hadn't put a pearler of a cross in, I'd be demanding he was breathalysed. He looked pissed.

Big Joe always takes a load of stick. He wasn't good but there were worse than him. I thought he had done ok of late. Not 40m ok, but decent enough and been contributing.

Shelvey actually did ok but I still hate watching him. He's so lazy.

Not sure what happened to Ritchie after his recent form.

ASM though. What a ****ing baller this guy is.

Now either CC wasn’t watching closely or he’s visually impaired. Because whilst stats usually only tell part of a picture Joey’s stats give the full picture for last night.

The biggest pile of crap I've seen those stats and that's been written with persecution.

Where's he pass completion stats for the side so we can compare ?
