Constant delaying means only one thing - weak case. Their legal team has probably told them thst should the CAT filing fail then they are facing ruin.

I have to say I find it incredible that the media is so quiet about this story.

Here we have a premier league club taking the league to court on grounds of breaking anti competition rules and? Nothing... **** all... Just about who will buy kane.

 

No they won’t.

 

Newcastle, and the far north in general, is broadly regarded as remote and irrelevant. In football, as in politics and economics, we are so far from the corridors of power. That is why we desperately need this takeover to succeed: we can attract real investment and be treated with respect. Unfortunately realpolitic means most people only respect those with money and influence.

 

Could it be because everyone is just bored to death with it.

It is odd but it’s not really new news now.

 

That will change once the takeover goes through.

Interesting that eh! That the chap who will effectively determine our fate, who was chosen by the PL, is co-incidentally a human rights specialist.
