Not read the whole thing but the Executive summary is the usual verbose stating the obvious that these types of reports contain. We are getting older, we are getting poorer, they continue to include the diminishing EU as a “great power” alongside China from where it imports almost a quarter of its goods (€383bn in 2020 compared to €220bn exports, just the €181bn deficit), waffle about EV charging points for uneconomical environmentally damaging vehicles and a quarter of Scousers losing their jobs in the 1980s. No mention of when the 5G is going to start working after two jabs.
