What a surprise delay delay

 

Looks like they're scrambling around for more evidence to save further embarrassment. Or they've been busy with this ESL stuff and not focused properly on the case. Corrupt or useless. Take your pick

It says in an ideal world, but their could be delays and its likely to last throughout the summer.

Extension so that a detailed response/ disclosure can be given. Extension requests are common.

 

Arbitration date confirmed

 

Surely they have had plenty of time? But even an extension being potentially 11 June meaning a potential resolution being middle of July wouldn’t be unreasonable.

After all this nufc are going to lose arbitration
