Faith is the excuse people give for believing something when they don't have evidence. If you can come up with something that I believe and don't have evidence for, guess what I'll do? I'll stop believing it! That's the nature of a rational mind.
Arbitration. Anti-competition case. Legal commentators advising that the PL don't have a leg to stand on. Our own Government wanting the takeover. The cards are stacked in favour of NUFC.
The burden of proof on the claimant to present evidence. But with thst evidence, the PL have to show that their actions were fair and reasonable. They weren't and you don't need to be a legal professional to see that they sat on the decision. That is unreasonable conduct.
Forgive me, but we've heard this since the papers went to the premier league in March 2020. If its so clear cut why are still sitting in here clutching at the very same straws over a year later? And might I add doing so while ignoring every single red flag along the way..
The **** does you being convinced have to do with anything?! I just said you don’t have evidence it’s off, just as nobody has evidence it’s happening. That’s it. That said, there are considerably more signs that it’s supposed to be happening.
If it was off arbitration would not be happening and Mike Ashley would not be spending more money on an unwinnable and expensive anti competition law case. CAT cases are super expensive.
