Honest question now, what is a "Gammon"? Oh and you can all get to ****, before you tell me it's a chunky piece of bacon
It's when someone gets all red faced when blaming increases in homosexuality on immigration or some other such unsubstantiated nonsense. Snowflakes came up with it as a response to being called snowflakes. It's all very grown up.
The only issue I have is how her career is reported, with no mention it is women's football. Take: The 36-year-old former Arsenal and England full-back made more than 200 club appearances during her playing career, earned 140 caps for her country and represented Great Britain at London 2012. It demeans Peter Shilton's 125 caps in England's national sport!
Lot of folk banging on about her being a good pundit, but this is presenting which is different. That said, almost anything is better than Dan Walker.
I always keep thinking Alex Scott is white with short hair. Can’t think of the name of who I’m thinking of, but I’ve seen her doing punditry, I think it was at the last World Cup.
Sue Smith I reckon you're thinking of, interestingly i've played football against both her and Dan Walker, one of them is v good, the other is utterly ******ed on a football pitch, both decent enough as pundits tho
Women's sport is not at the same level as Men's sport. That is fact. I do feel it should be reported as it been women's football. Should someone playing at under 11 for England be reported as if it was at senior Men's level or am I just ageist?
It’s almost like the FA put the women’s game back by banning it from professional stadiums for 50 years. Let’s just celebrate all achievements shall we?
