Perhaps I shouldn't have bought the spicy Jamaican fried chicken seasoning it's opened a Pandora's box of issues

 

To be fair the seasoning looks tasty.

 

It's bad ass

 

Fried chicken is ****ing bowfin'.

 

If you get it crispy then it's nice but if the oil isn't hot enough then it's just evil saturated grease .

 

I generally am not a fan of meat from the bone. You end up eating the tendon and cartilage and **** like that. Sometimes spare ribs are nice, but not really a fan of chicken wings and other pish like that.

I'm very happy with mine, only use it for chips and get the frozen French fries type which cook absolutely perfectly. Just a bog standard £30-£40 one, nothing fancy.

 

I'm guessing marinated wings will work well but nothing too wet.

Can you try do egg and coated wings and get back to me

Seemingly the business partner(now sole owner, after the other partner died) of that place tells the employees to make the portions as small as possible, almost miserly.

 

It still doesn't stop negroes demanding the choice bits. Ever been to a KFC/Morleys/Favourite chicken shop with a person of ethnicity?

It was more a joke about Scrooge and his dead business partner Jacob Marley. Admittedly one letter of the surname is different but I thought the "miserly" bit might have given it away. Evidently not.

 

You need to flag sh.it like that, when I am in full grumpy bastard mode it is hard to pick up nuances. But well done, I get it now.
