Yeah, or it could be just that they sat through the entire record length inquiry and reached a verdict based on the actual evidence. But I’m sure you’re across every aspect of the detail, and aren’t just some knuckle dragging S*n reading bobble head.
Are you for real? The BBC is a government broadcast reliant on its income solely from the party in power of the day. Nothing is released without the okay of the controlling minister whoever is in charge
If the BBC income is reliant solely on the party of the day as you say , why then does the public have to pay BBC a license fee ????? Are you for real ?
The BBC have more than enough money to pay the subsidy that the government pays with everyone having to pay the TV license fee and also adverts , sport etc and it is disgusting that BBC should ask over 75 y pay for a license , what they gonna do if they don't put a 75y in prison ? And it was BBC That said they want money from 75y Olds, the government only said they were not going to pay the subsidy , BBC then told over 75y you have to pay. I do admit I was off target with the ethnicity of their presenters so I do admit that ,but the government to withdraw the subsidy and BBC to still want money off 75y old days after the celebration of 75y since 2nd world war when many of the over 75y Olds were fighting nazis and risking their lives for us is discusting
Anyway back to the topic , should Man utd be banned from Europe and premier league for 4 years for their fans actions ?
Section 365 of the same Act requires the payment of the TV licence fee to the BBC. The licence fee is formally set by the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport by the use of statutory instruments, In cahoots with the BBC . Who gets the money from the TV Licence fee? "); display: inline-block; height: 24px; width: 24px; transform: rotateZ(-180deg);"> Over 90% of the licence fee is spent on BBC TV channels, radio stations, BBC iPlayer, BBC Sounds and online services. The costs of administering the TV Licence are less than you might think.
But here is where they make sure you pay for a license , no TV set is made without a BBC Chanel on it , if it was I'm sure thousands would buy them so then they don't have to pay the license fee.
The TV licence was removed for over 75’s by Labour in 2000, it was a political decision and they paid the BBC a subsidy to cover it. The Tories decided to remove it and so the charge has come back. They’re not prosecuting any over 75’s or chasing them for payment, and anyone on pension credit is exempt. Many are more than able to pay it, and have done, quite what the Nazis have got to do with it I’ve no idea, as you’d have to be in your mid 90’s to have been in the war.
Didn’t the BBC accept they would continue with the subsidy for over 75s when they won their last contract only to renege in it as soon as they could?
yep it should be at least 5 scumbagssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss ......what's that smell it keeps returning ?
TV licences for the over-75s were free from November 2000 until the end of July 2020. ... From 1 August 2020, free licences have only been available to people aged over-75 who are in receipt of Pension Credit.Apr 13, 2564 BE
Yeah, the decision to remove the subsidy for the over 75’s was made by the Tory Govt, what part of that are you struggling with?
