He is terrible. It’s like he doesn’t know the rules. Earlier Pulisic has the ball for about a minute trying to play him in and he was just stood 5 yards offside. Then he went mental at Pulisic when he didn’t pass to him
My ideal end to the season Man City lose all their remaining fixtures Man Utd win all their remaining fixtures winning PL by 2 point Man United then given 3 point deduction for the postponed Liverpool match and their plastic fans cost them the title
I'm sure that this is being reported elsewhere, but it's Premier League, not actually Saints, so here is as good a place as any: Arsenal are beating WBA 1-0, so if this trend continues, and WBA lose, Saints will have another toehold on guaranteed safety. Then just needs us to beat Palace, and/or Fulham to lose to Burnley, and we can stop panicking. Probably.
Poor old big Sam has now lost his 'never relegated from the premier league' tag and can go back to being best known for ****ing up the England job.
If West Brom go on to lose this, and Fulham lose tomorrow then we're safe. If Fulham draw tomorrow that would leave them needing to beat us, Man Utd and Newcastle to overhaul us by virtue of GD (and that's if we lose all 4 of our remaining games). If they win tomorrow that gives them a little more leeway in terms of still being able to draw a game and catch our current total, but still relies on us losing all of ours. I wish we'd just hurry up and get the win ourselves, but even given our awful form, it will take another few rounds of results going awfully for us for the panic that it could really happen to start setting in.
With City running away with things, a clear gap between fourth and fifth in the table, and between eighteenth and seventeenth, any issues relating to the top team, Champions League places, and relegation places will almost certainly be resolved before the final day of the season. So how will Sky be able to inject any jeopardy or excitement into the final round of fixtures? In short, no team will have anything major to play for, apart from their relative positions, or possibly Europa League places, so the Sky pundits will need to generate their own excitement. How about "Where's Kamara going to be today?"
He's got his resignation email drafted, ready to press send on 89 minutes before anything is official.
