Yeah, good title change Must admit, I'm not on a 'diet' as such... but more of a fitness drive! I have bought a turbo trainer for my bike to get back into it, and did a 20 minute cycle this morning before work, trying to build it up before I start the cycle to work. I will no doubt still eat plenty of crap, but will try and eat a bit more sensible when I can!
Good man! I would love to be able to cycle everywhere again like i used to, but i can not bike along the busy A428 at 8:00am, i would be killed. Plus its a 20mile journey so i would have to be leaving at 6:00. Its a good thing to cut out the excess junk, which is where i was putting on the pounds, and eat normally but with increased exercise. Afterall, we can burn up to 2,000 calories a day with out focused exercise. However, you could probably double that with a session in the gym and walking a short distance rather than driving.
Like the new name, well I was really good this morning I was in the pool at 8am smashed a hour out in there, feeling great now Also went and bought and put up a security light for the front of the house, lunch on the go jacket tattie and skinless chicken thigh but will have to have some beans with that Mmmmm!
Got a solitary can of Kilkenny in the fridge of my hotel room , I fear I will lose this battle of wills.........glug glug glug......oops! Will power of a soggy lettuce!!
Got a lie in tomorrow dont have to be in work till 8! same for sunday too as far as I know and home for sunday evening! A lot of politics going on at the moment ,so best if I`m not there!!!

Quite right! Norway, don't worry about the odd Kilkenny! Something is better than nothing! (though you don't seem to me to need to lose any weight at all! lol)
I sneaked onto the scales this morning...i couldn't help myself. Usually i weigh at least 3 times a day so to stay off them has been a nightmare! lol. I was rather chuffed i have to admit, but...i now have the weekend to contend with, so i'm hoping i'm still chuffed on Monday...weigh in day!

I have been so good again tonight, home made veg soup for supper and a low fat muller yoghurt and I have not eaten the bag of sweets I brought in
