i'm sure the emirates has it as well, give it a few years when the likes of man city use it as a loop hole to spend more cash (the income regulations coming into play) and you'll see loads of teams doing it esp. if it brings in **** loads of money

edit: is there any other clubs you can think of

I still have the dream of being rich enough to buy the c*nt out and the first thing I'd do is "Tear those f*cking signs down, and send them to his house......with sh*te spread all over em"

Shameless scumbag. If it were a half decent company it wouldn't be so bad. F*cking chav heaven. F*ck off you fat c*nt.

It could be worse,he could make our players do adverts for sports direct ala Venkys/Blackburn..........tacky to the highest order!!!

I think anyone getting match day tickets will soon have Sports Direct printed on them aswell!

It's already on the tickets, and membership cards.

Anyone know a ground that doesn't have advertising on it though? Not an issue as far as I'm concerned, but if it keeps the Anti-Mike brigade happy, whinge on. <ok>

I've shopped there before. It's cheap as anything, and TY McGurk's has actually shut down in Blyth, after years of saying they are, then opening back up again.

I was going past the training ground on the train the other day, and I'd never realised how much he's got the logo plastered all over that too!

But, it's his company and his football club, so he can do whatever the **** he likes. And he takes great pleasure in doing just that.

My issue isn't the signs, it's the lack of money the club are getting for having those signs up. How much are city getting to have etihad everywhere? He can't argue he's putting 20/40/60 million a season into the club because it's a loan which has to be paid back.
