Tbph not sure what he done. As far has I understood he was updating the server, just before Christmas I think it was, to stop the site keep keeling over. Next I know people are telling me the search function is broke. It broke everything right back to sometime in 2011. So now there is a black hole in the search function, between 2011 and Dec 2020.

My French isn't bad and my Korean isn't bad, but for some reason I have never got into learning Spanish.
i have a similar problem with learning Chinese, tones are too complicated for my brain to fully understand, plenty of translation tools to get by.
When I lived in Taiwan I knew a bit of Chinese but as you say, the different tones are ****ish so I just gave up.
Unless you are disabled with no arms that is a pointless invention. If I have a bath I spray around to make sure it's clean before the painstaking task of twisting the taps anticlockwise hot water on tap ready to go . All of these time saving devices are open to glitches and if you accidentally start the process again because you get a bad signal then you could end up flooding your bathroom. Technology is here to enslave us starting with smart baths and fridges that automatically order your groceries...
