It's getting to that time of the week, and christ its been boring without City.

City travel to Brighton for a late kick off league game, and an early top end of the table clash. City proved in there last game at home to Cardiff that they are serious contenders this season and want to push on and continueing our unbeaten run. No injury concerns have cropt up over the International break other than Waghorn picking up a hamstring strain for England U21's so he's out for the game. Also, Robert Koren didn't make any sort of appearance for Slovenia during the week.

Brighton started brightly(see what i did there) and seem to have gone off the boil a little. Conceding more and more goals as the games go by they will be wanting to go back to winning ways at the Amex on saturday. Star man Mackail-Smith made an impressive display for Scotland over the week, and maybe he could be feeling a little tired returning to Brighton.

    Match Prediction: 0-1 Hull
    Goalscorer: Fryatt

They've definetly lost some of their momentum from the first few weeks. Heart says 2-1 city, head says a 1-1 draw (both good results imo)

with only evans and brady seeing any action during the international break (waggy wont make brighton game) the fit city squad at the moment should be ready to go. i expect McKenna to come in for Waggy as the only change and that should allow Koren to play a free role in the middle of the pitch. the cardiff starters deserve another go, imo.

    city to win 1 - 0. (koren)

you've put 1:0 on your thread :p make your mind up!

I think we might change it, with a 4-5-1 to counter Brightons wide play. This will be Chester and Hobbs biggest test I believe.

Unsure about the team really. Either

    Basso
    Rosenior Chester Hobbs Dudgeon
    Brady McKenna Evans Koren
    McLean Fryatt

I don't think we want to be changing the formation back to the one that makes us lose. People won't like Koren on the wing but IMO he has been very effective lately out wide and in the middle.

Koren played the best game he has ever played in a Tigers shirt against Cardiff, keep him in the center of midfield and he will punish Brighton.

For me Brighton 2 City 3, Brighton are able to score, but are open to counter attacks far more than us. Scorers for us

Does Pusic Start or does Pearson bring in Mckenna or Cairney but would then mean Koren goes back out to the right, In my opinion just keep the team that beat Cardiff
