    Quick answer: it will not.

If I asked you which EU member state was the most indebted then I expect you would name all the usual suspects and be wrong. The founders of The Project, France, have stripped the Paris Magic Money Tree bare and have no way of balancing the books.

It is quite simple: Germany and the Netherlands are picking up the tab as they have benefited most from the Deutschemark being the European common currency. The Germans told the Greeks how to play the system in order to be allowed to join the Euro; and then when the Greeks went bankrupt indirectly bailed them out through the ECB. The former head of the ECB, Super Mario ‘Do Whatever It Takes’ Draghi is the technocrat now in charge of his native bankrupt Italy, where he has decided to write a blank cheque to restructure the entire economy for just 260 billion Euros. Anybody fancy underwriting that one?

The influence of Germany on the Eurozone is highlighted by the news that the Eurozone is now back in recession because German first quarter GDP fell by 1.7 per cent, so only France has not had consecutive negative quarters.[/QUOTE]

Yes it does. The economy wouldn't recover so much or quickly if we were in the EU. We'd probably be about to enter another lockdown to protect everybody who couldn't be vaccinated, you know, like the EU are doing?

You calling people thick is absolute gold btw.

We really should hurry back and rejoin the E.S.S.R. We are missing the party. When you turn off the 'free money' tap, all the zombie businesses are going to go bust at the same time. It was only the free money that was keeping them going.

Here in Britain we have been paying millions 80 per cent of their wages to sit at home watching daytime TV. Their jobs are gone. Whilst Britons will get off their butts, start new companies and create new jobs, large parts of the E.S.S.R. will wallow in self pity and expect the State to fix it.

    <laugh> Yes Dear.

The article says that people are going to spend money saved up from lockdown. The economy is going to go up because it was battered by Brexit/lockdowns. How is it a Brexit win?

I wonder how many unanswered offensive angry responses to Saxton's posts it will take today for Toby to realise he's being ignored ?

Low IQ usually results in lack of pattern recognition and repeating the same mistakes over and over again.

It's the rest of the World that are stupid though apparently. <rofl>
