I could use the webber but that's just a grill and I've got one indoors that works. Plus I aint got a magnifying glass ffs why would I have one of those
Curries / PC world have a really **** customer services department, so no real surprise. Google reviews are horrendous. I tend to buy my electrical goods from John Lewis. About the same cost, free delivery and far better customer service.
Yeah this ^ I always use John Lewis as their service is exceptional. On the rare occasion they **** up, they go above and beyond to sort it. We had an issue with them a while back and the Director of Customer services got involved, apologised, sorted it, and then rang again to make sure we were happy. Can’t fault them.
Well here's what's pissed me off, it's in her name so she's had to phone ect, she had the day off today and we got a no show, but they don't know that. And also all they told her was someone will be out within 48hrs, so they just expect peeps to take 3 days off work to wait cos they fuked up? lol Told her she needs to phone em back up and tell em as much. Worth at least a voucher
Saying they’ll turn up at some point over 2 days isn’t good enough. They should be at the very least able to ring when the engineer was within an hour or 2 of arriving. She needs to play up **** that you’ve been without an oven for however long and they’ve tried to send out a company that doesn’t even cover your area, that’s incompetent.
Yeh so when I realised the oven wasn't working I checked the leccy box and it had tripped the cooker switch.
Only problem I'm seeing is when the Curry's repair man turns up, he might not have the part and has to order it. Although elements are probably a common fault so hopefully they might carry a few spares of the most common ones. I'm assuming as you are using Curry's it's covered by warranty?
