City and Chelsea have been heavily pushing the idea that Utd, Liverpool and Arsenal were behind it all and roped the other three in. They're clearly celebrating the match-fixing scandal that allowed Arsenal to get into the top-flight in the first place. Relegate the ****ers to the conference. While I'm obviously joking, it is something fairly unique to English football that two scandals about a century apart would involve 5 of the same teams. Only City weren't affected the first time.
