I'm glad someone scored, this has been another poor match. However on a side note I've lost count of the big games spurs have lost, but more importantly not had a chance in because they've insisted on playing a half fit kane
They'll up their game for us. We'd do the same of course, but we haven't been that bad in some respects. There's been some nice football there - but we can't hit the side of a barn and we run out of steam in the second half.

Wonder how fit Kane actually was today. He stood around alot and never really did anything (granted that could be levelled at just about all the Spurs team) but it wouldn't be the first time Spurs made a final and Kane declared himself 'fit' just in time for a final and ended up being a passenger.
I thought briefly brighton would be getting twitchy there but west brom blew it again. Its surely getting down to one result relegated them both territory now. Brighton have to be prime for the drop next year unless they get a reliable scorer.
More than a little hope for me. We’ve always this season done relatively well against the so called bigger teams and poorly against the strugglers. MU at Old Trafford are expected to attack us. This should make it much easier for us to grab that win. To me their main play maker Fernandes looks very tired and he’s not as effective now as he was early season. And their attackers are increasingly looking like ours at home. Needing many shots to get a goal. Not saying it will be easy but we have the benefit of having a whole weeks rest where they would have played a (hopefully) tough match on Thursday. We should be favourites for a win, which will put us right in the mix for that 4th place. Chelsea have got some tough matches and West Ham are inconsistent.
4th is gone mate. We are fighting for 6th. Just get into the europa now. 4 points in 5 games to haul back in is just not happening. The good news is that the FA cup place is going to an assured CL team and the League cup place is gone to the league now so 7th gets europe. Same for the CL should Chelsea in it they are in top 4 anyway. So if arsenal win Europa its not an issue. We are not even assured 7th any more after our week of **** shows. We have even blown that never mind 4th. Everton are in with a shout for europe so we have to at minimum out do the **** show at spurs. We need to collect the same or better points over 5 games than spurs just to crawl into the europa.
To have any realistic chance of 4th you’d have to win all of your final 5 games imo. You’ve won 6 out of your last 19.
Exactly, we have totally blown it over the past 2 games. We needed to win 6 out of 7 minimum to be sure and we've already thrown 4 points away. The gap of 4 points plus inferior GDP with 5 to go requires now 2 teams to totally collapse

Exactly. Imo we could be racing spurs for 7th here. Games are running out so it's about the stupid decision levy made with mourinho verses our lack of fitness and giving a ****.
