Just want to give massive credit to Dubs. He kept us in the game after some terrible defending.

 

Think 1-1 is fair enough. Happy with that. If first one had counted we probably wouldn’t have gone for the 2nd.

Amazing how you could see the game change in the last 15minutes. They got nervous and we started moving the ball more.

I actually prefer Shelvey in that almost sweeper role. He hasnt got the pace to cope with a more forward midfield role. When he plays deeper you notice we start playing ball around the back more and open up much more space.

Thought Murphy had a really good game today. Expected him to really struggle with both Robertson and Mane playing wide but he did very well. Dubravka was very solid as well.

 

Penalty and a red card. Not sure how they looked at the handball on VAR, but missed something that happened a second before it.
