Gone from a diet thread to a surgery! I am feeling happier because I'm doing something to make myself healthier, but my body is still adjusting. I'm just looking forward to when my waistline adjusts!

 

that's how i feel Barry. I'm getting used to the detox, the headache is going, and i'm not anywhere near as hungry...i just can't wait for it to start showing!

 

Maybe it should be retitled the Health Thread

 

that's probably not a bad idea! Shall i do it?
